OPERATIONS & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST Novacapital is the investment company of the Merloni Holding.It has a diversified portfolio of investments ranging in different industries at different investment stages (from seed to growth capital) and with various levels of participation (from financial minority to full control).The company is reaching a level of investment and a speed of growth that requires an enhanced follow-up of its growing portfolio.We are looking for an Operations & Business Development Specialist, who will be responsible for: Asset Management & Operations Plants Management and Notification Duties Plants remote monitoring (performance monitoring, video surveillance, etc…) Support in interacting with Distributor (DSO) in order to solve any issue regarding measures and incentives Support in drafting reports for shareholder (monthly operational report, budget report, six-monthly meetings with shareholder, ecc…) Support in the execution of statistical obligations (GSTAT Terna, Fuel Mix GSE, Arera surveys etc…) Operations Monitoring of activities performed by O&M (Operation & Maintenance) Contractors and other service providers;
