OFFER DESCRIPTION The project analyzes the information management of the building processes regarding large public real estate assets.
The approach is linked to both the digitalization of processes and the analysis of interoperability with building performance simulation particular, the aspects linked to the environmental and economic sustainability of asset management must be analyzed with particular reference to the problems of data definition, interoperability and activation of synthesis processes to support decision making at the generalmanagement implement this project, platforms and documentary repertoires in use at the university must be used.
The use of CAFM-CMMS platforms and traditional or BIM document repositories is envisaged.
