Operational Process Manager

In this role, you will act as senior project manager in e-mobility business, driving efficient and cost-effective operational results to meet requirements, specifications and targets by coordinating and plant equipment, personnel and production processes.You will aid in the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner, developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to help the organization achieve the highest level of operational performance.This position reports toManufacturing Unit ManagerYour responsibilitiesIdentifying deficiencies and proposing improvements, and implementing actions to improve production performance, integrating lean manufacturing methodology into productionImplementingABBs process improvement methodology training and methodsOverseeing subcontracts and managing subcontractors with other functions, including Procurement & LogisticsGuiding, motivating and developing less-experienced team members to reach their potentialEnsuring compliance with health, safety and environmental directives, implementing regulations, and monitoring and reporting progress and resultsYour backgroundMaster degree background in engineering field.Strong experience in operation (logistics preferable) working as operation manager.Demonstrated experience working on a production line.

)Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.Knowledge of Italian and English is mandatory.
