Operational Governance Lead - Field Services Company Overview: Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities. • Permanent contract • Full-time, on-premises in the Milan IT Hub with some flexibility to work remotely Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in STEM disciplines or equivalent experience • 5 years experience in an IS/IT organization • Fluent in English Position Summary: Are you a talented Operational Governance Lead ready to join the Workforce 360 Devices team in Milan, Italy? We are a diverse team from different countries, each with unique experiences around people, technology, business, and processes. We need your passion and skills to lead Operations and Governance for our Field Services product, helping us deliver a digital workplace experience for our receivers, solving their issues with reliable technology. Key Responsibilities: • Provide oversight in the products' 'run' and 'maintain' phase to deliver committed product business value, managing governance meetings • Provide technical escalation support for specialists and Nestlé suppliers to ensure service level objectives are met • Support IT Performance Management in analyzing product usage and performance • Act as Subject Matter Expert on contract, billing, and SLAs for markets and regional teams • Define procedures and processes for operations, including design requirements needed for successful operations • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors to meet business needs • Support Product Owners, Project Managers, and Solutions Architects in developing Scopes of Work and Project Deployment plans • Contribute to the adoption of DevOps methodology and Agile project management Success Factors: • Ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders • Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs • Strong vendor management, communication, presentation, and documentation skills • Strategic and critical thinking, with strong business acumen • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills • Strong English communication skills across different stakeholders • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams • Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines • Practical experience in DevOps organizations with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/AzureDevOps) About the Global IT Hub in Nestlé: At Nestlé IT, we are a diverse, global team of IT professionals in the biggest health, nutrition, and wellness company in the world.
