**Operational Client Support**:
Quence, a company belonging to the TXT Group, one of the Italian leaders in the Software Quality Assurance and test automation market, is looking for an Operation Client Support specialist within an important financial customer at the Milan (MI) office.
The resource will be placed in a team who is responsible for configuration of Market Participant, Software Vendors and Information Vendors.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Configure access of Market Participants on our trading and market data platforms;
Support customers with their development activity on new functionalities implemented within our markets;
Validate Customer or internal enablement/setup requests and liaise with Internal Teams as needed;
Liaise with Network team for network configuration.
**Skills you already have**:
Strong team working attitude;
Good communication skills;
Flexibility to cover shifts;
Experience with Excel/XML/Financial Markets would be appreciated;
Fluency in both spoken and written English (French is a plus).
**Required Education**: Bachelor or Master's Degree in Economics or Computer Science or Management Engineering.
