The role As Operation Supervisor you will be responsible for the operational processes for the Fiumicino'workshop and first point of contact with the customer. You will be the guarantor of compliance with TCR rental and assistance contracts, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities · Supervision, development and implementation of the airport's operational processes in order to improve their efficiency;
· Planning and management of maintenance activities (internal and external workshop) and definition of work priorities for both the workshop and any subcontractors;
· Management and carrying out periodic audits of the owned fleet (audits, rental and redelivery procedures), collaboration in external audits requested by stakeholders (Customers, Authorities, Control Bodies);
· Management of the airport's administrative activities (facilities, cleaning, company cars);
· Management of compliance with rental and assistance contracts (availability, quality, maintenance);
· Presentation, management and negotiation of offers to customers (damages, modifications) and organization of periodic meetings relating to the monitoring of KPIs and additional costs;
· Promotion and implementation of safety processes;
· Planning, organization and supervision of the team, with a view to enhancing and developing individual skills;
· Promoting TCR values in your activities, ensuring that they are integrated into the behaviors of your team.
The ideal candidate · Degree in mechanical/management/civil engineering or diploma in mechatronics supported by proven experience in the sector of at least 5 years;
· Experience in the mechanical field, preferably in the GSE or agricultural vehicle sector;
· In-depth knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
· Good knowledge of English (B2);
· Ability to establish priorities and plan related work activities;
· Excellent organizational skills and result orientation;
· Excellent communication skills and good teamwork skills.
