Operation Specialist(Italy)

Job Description: Responsible for the company, team building and other related administrative affairs.
Implement and improve the company's administrative and personnel systems and plans.
Responsible for recruitment-related activities of the company.
Responsible for employee employment contracts and employee relations management.
Maintain staff information and HR process management.
Responsible for staff attendance and payroll calculation.
Maintain open communication channels with the head office and related departments.
Job Requirements: A bachelor's degree, preferably with relevant professional studies.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese and Italian is an advantage.
Work experience in administration or human resources management is preferred.
Experience in related internships is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and other office software operations.
