Implements changes in technological processes.
Monitors the progress of technology developments in the area of parts, assembly and production organization trends.
Prepares technological documentation.
Conducts technical supervision in the plant.
Cooperates with production line workers.
Role typically requires between 3 and 5 years of experience.In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of the Planning Manager, supporting the Operations and Digitalization projects, as well as our Customer Support processes.Main responsibilities:Materials and Production Forecast: analyze production demand comparing historical data and market demand trends.Demand Planning: effectively make the Assignment process of promised date to the customer (ATP), according to production capacity and materials availability.Planning/Scheduling: daily support the production planning update in cooperation with the production leaders; ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently.Product technical specification: analyze and execute the BOM reviews processed by the RD teams, minimizing the P&L impact of the phase-in/phase-out process for components and products, assuring the completeness of the logistics parameters in the ERP and their quarterly review.Monitor operations: prepare effective and on-time analysis for delivery, productivity and inventory targets.
Verification of materials availability and constraints to support the confirmed plan.
Present and discuss results with the Operations and Commercial Teams.Requirements:Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or equivalent1 to 3 years' related experience in a Manufacturing environmentFull familiarity with IT tools, especially Excel and MRP softwareKnowledge of production accounting, Business processes/flows, Lean thinking principles and methodologies, knowledge of warehouse managementStrong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goalsStrong motivation, proactivity, dynamism, curiosity and passion for the industryFluency in EnglishFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
