You will partner with the Operation Leaders and team to reduce and manage risks associated with operations. You will be accountable for the strengthening our interdependent HSE culture.In this role you will be:Supporting Campus HSE Surveillance and monitoring (H&S and E) performanceSupporting the Safety Talks deployment and management of Concerns/IDEASResponsible for JSA revision / Non-Routinary activities Risk AssessmentResponsible for Management of Change (MOC) follow-upResponsible for environmental sampling (air emissions, water discharge, noise)Supporting HSE Digital tool management and the organization to learn from Normal OperationsActing as Life Saving Rules (LSR) reference point in the shop-floorResponsible for Contractors HSE Oversight and HSE SupervisionFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Be familiar with HSE operationsHave basic knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used International standards.Have preferrably ASPP qualificationDemonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.Be able to communicate fluently in Italian and English.Have good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skills Degrees in Electrical Engineering will be preferred.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
