Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Operations & System Administrator Specialist to join Italy's Business Intelligence & Operation Team.

As Operations & System Administrator Specialist, you will play a crucial role in:
Optimizing the Master Data system & order management process. You will be responsible for processes related to the creation, maintenance, and quality of all master and reference data in SAP and Salesforce.com platforms, ensuring smooth order management processes.Optimizing our pricing strategies, managing pricing systems and processes, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in pricing, focusing on the Italian Market.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Customer Service, to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
What Will Make You Stand Out Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commercial IT, Engineering, or a related fieldProficiency in SAP and/or Salesforce Platform and experience working with master dataComputer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent analytical skillsExcellent communication and influencing skills with experience in building relationships across an organizationHighly collaborative style and willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teamsA solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work accurately at paceProactive with a strategic approach and foster a culture of continuous improvementInnovative and curious.
