Onshore Project Control

PROJECT CONTROLS ENGINEER required by our Client, an International Oil and Gas Operator, to be assigned on a Contract basis, located in Milan, Italy during Engineering phase.
(May relocate to Site during Construction activities at Engineering completion or provide remote support from home office)DURATION 12 months, renewableSCHEDULE 5 days per week (residential status)PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESProvide Project Control support in relation to:Providing Project Control tools, reports, and deliverables consistently and accurately for N+1, N+2.General support to Onshore PMT and overall Project Controls team.Reporting of project progress status, opportunities, and threats.Co-ordinate of Schedule interfaces associated with the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Fabrication activities.Co-ordination of Area 4 reporting on elements of shared facilities scope.Co-ordination of Change Management processes.Co-ordination of Risk Management processes.Co-ordination and verification of EPC Contractor Home office deliverables (Project Controls).General support to Onshore Project Services.EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 20 yrs.
experience in supervisory project control roles in large projects.Experience with budget responsibility and accountability.Significant experience of reporting and co-ordination of all project control functions.Demonstratable experience of managing processes associated Change and Risk Management.Must have legal right to work in Italy.
