Role In this role, you will support both Central Finance Team and Executive Management in the financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting by delivering insight and analysis.
Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Responsibilities Each month, you will work in a set of steps that will include the closing process, reporting to Management / Stakeholders on different levels in the organization, analyzing data/facts of Electrolux Professional Industrial Operations.
You will ensure the data quality of the reporting, the standardization of the content and support in footprint analysis.
You will periodically collect Central Capex reporting them by site, category with project details, supporting both in IR calculation and in the follow up of the main project.
You will collaborate in the deployment of the World Class Manufacturing/Earnings per Share (EPSO) methodology to strengthen efficiency in industrial operation performance.
You will co-ordinate data collection, promote and support cross fertilization of ideas, knowledge, improvements.
You will be part of the digital evolution of the Finance functions being part of the team to develop, standardize and automatize global operation ERP and reporting process /procedure.
You will be a backup for local industrial controllers.
Key responsibility will be also to contribute to monitor the "Operation Innovation Competence Center" (OICC) activities and project, following its budget but also the benefits creation.
You will collaborate in the reporting deliveries with the respect of deadlines and ad-hoc analysis releasing presentations for Senior Management.
