Alfa Laval is looking for an Online Sales Specialist in Monza Site.
- Reporting to Head of SEU Cluster Marketing & Iberica Marketing Manager (dotted line with Improvement Business Manager)_
- Management Level: Individual Contributor_

About the job:
The Online Sales Specialist will leading the local/cluster online sales strategy.
Responsible for ensuring commercial success on different channels with a specific focus on the Alfa Laval Customer and Partner portal.
You will:
- Coordinate and execute the local/cluster online sales growth strategy, create business plans to maximize functional synergies and leverage opportunities across all channels with the business with sales organization.
- Collaborate across the local and global organization to ensure that priorities and resources are allocated to achieve desired results and ensure organization is regularly updated.
- Work with Sales, Service, Channel managers to identify key business priorities and build them inside the local market plan
- Work with the digital and communication team to ensure product catalog needs are covered
- Orchestrate and facilitate the execution of the identified priorities across the entire SC/Cluster
- Partner with our channels to capitalize on opportunities, develop and implement initiatives that will drive their online growth, on our internal or external channels
- Ensure content localization by setting processes direction and practices to achieve business objectives
- Review customer feedback and generate insights.
Identifies, plans and executes areas for improvement to ensure consumers understand and receive the full experience online.
- Monitor and interpret data results to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications and correct actions
- Manage the execution of the corporate Online Sales roadmap by implementing global priorities.
Ensure local initiatives are aligned with business and online sales objectives.
Present new requirements that would allow to obtain predetermined results, if bound by systems, capabilities, or Bus dependency.
- Coordinate the plan for the migration of Data from the old to the new system
- Development of new online communication channels for new and established customers.
What you know
- You have a university degree and specific online /digital marketing education.
- 3-5 years' experience in a Marketing/ Team.
Sales Experience will be a plus
- The profile provides knowledge of Microsoft packages, the ability to work with internal software and able to work with CRM software is a must for this profile
- Fluent in English
- Experience in implementing new processes or improving existing ones
