**Role Mission**:
Co-Responsible to reach the e-sell out for our **E-retail partners through promotional, data insight & multi brand activation plan.
Main focus is also to develop **category management approach, Promotional & Customer activations, category development**
**Main activities**:
- **Customer & Promotion Activation****:
- **Negotiates yearly communication opportunities **and visibility space across the e-retailer owned platforms (Home Page, Category Pages, Social, CRM, Pure & Co-AdV Media)
- **Defines & executes multi - brand, category activation & promotional plans with a sell-out approach **for each e-retailer based on the business growth objectives for each e-retailer and in collaboration with e-PMs for the respective brand contributions
- **Proactively maximize sales performances** **through data analysis, web analytics & product / category / brand **visibility across the e-retailer owned platforms (Home Page, Category Pages, Social, CRM)
- Sell Out Reporting accountability shared with eKam
- **Manages creative agencies **to create / adapt digital assets to support the multi brand activation plan online.
For mono brand activations it collaborates with e-PMs in Marketing Teams.
- **Suggests Optimum Merchandising strategy** based on current and forecasted sales objectives, key seasons, website selling data, SKUs volume drivers
- **Data Analysis & Performance**:
- **Monitors e-retail commercial kpis **(sell-out, kpis e-commerce, kpis digital) of executed activations with the objective to drive optimizations and identify best practices
- Helps the key partners to **develop the best strategies and activities **to boost their business online by suggesting **UX/UI, technical and services updates**:
- Contributes in defining the best activities to **develop and exploit CRM strategy and e-retailers' database**:
- **Team Collaboration**:
- **Collaborates with PMs & eKams as their first point of contact**:
- Actively contributes to **upskill marketing and sales team**:
- **Shares experience and best practices **with Tribe members (CDO, and other E-Retail Managers)
**Requirements**:
- Division vision and understanding associated with good product sensitivity
- Strong **digital & data mindset & capabilities or passionate for E-commerce world**:
- Strong **customer and consumer journey **understanding
- **Synthesis capacity**, in order to share information
- Experience in **collaborative work; ability to form strong relationships with various stakeholders**
