We are filling On-Site Summer 2025 Internships in the following Engineering areas: QualityDie CastProductionDuties & Responsibilities: The Summer Engineering Intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in the analysis of production and manufacturing processes.
You will learn to identify opportunities and implement changes that improve quality, safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting new or existing product problems involving design, material, or process.
Candidates must be team-oriented, self-starting, and willing to assume practical application in a professional environment.
Qualifications and Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.S.)
degree in an Engineering discipline.Pass pre-employment screening (drug & background).Desired Qualifications: Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering student with an interest or experience in process improvement within a manufacturing setting.Previous automotive experience; basic understanding of industrial automation, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PLC, CNC, robotics, SPS, and machine operation.MACI Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST - ON-SITE may be flexible based upon course schedule requirements.Ability to start by or before the end of May 2025 through mid-August 2025.Compensation Rates: Freshman: $16.00/hr.Sophomore: $17.50/hr.Junior: $18.75/hr.Senior: $20.00/hr.Apply today!
