In this OMSEngineer (Continuous Improvement Engineer)role: Ensuring all operational and performance tracking and management tools aspects for a successfuldeployment of "smartProductivity" are inplace or planned;Deliver consistent implementations across each assigned site to ensure eachsite has "smartProductvity" in place;Collaborate with IT toestablish theintegration/extract from source systems (i.e. WMS/T&A systems.);Review operations set up of each assigned operations to design thecustomized/ site specific solution for "smartProductivity";Completean analysis of the data tohighlight and detail areas where source systems are not providing data in thecorrect format or detail;Define, analyze and then map all effective processes in detail inpreparation for application of standards;Collaborate with site mgt team and other local functional expertes toreview and define new KPI;Coach local site mgt team and local CI teams how to analyse data out ofsmartProductivity to prepare and conduct performance reviews and support continuous improvement opportunities;Now, here'swhat we need from you: ·BachelorDegree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain; ·At least 3years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/SupplyChain Industry; ·Experiencein Performance Management, productivity and Industrial Engineering highlydesirable; ·Goodknowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performancemeasurement; ·Goodknowledge of the English; ·Ability toanalyze processes and solve problems; ·Excellentknowledge of Excel, Power BI;
