We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Omnichannel Operations Specialist to join our Omnichannel Operations Team, in our Global HQ in Milan, Italy.
Your Impact: The Omnichannel Operations Specialist will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of all digital and technological Omnichannel Operations projects.
They will track project KPIs, ensure project success, and maintain up-to-date documentation for effective communication with Top Management and other business areas.
Activities: You will play a key role in supporting the planning, development and implementation of all digital and technological Omnichannel Operations projects.
You will coordinate with all the Regional Operations team for the in-store training and rollout of all digital and technological Omnichannel Operations projects.
You will follow up and support all the Regional Operations team to guarantee the success of each project and monitor each project KPIs.
You will prepare projects meeting minutes, keep projects documentation always up to date, and prepare great projects presentations for Top Management and all the other business areas.
Who We Are Looking For Main Qualifications: Proven working experience of at least 3 years in a similar role within fashion, luxury or retail industry.
Academic background in Economics / Management or similar degrees.
Fluent in English written and spoken.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point).
MicroStrategy, Jira and Confluence knowledge would be considered as plus.
Solid organizational and project management skills.
