BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Overseeing and coordinating retail operations projects, easing store routines and facilitating interaction with customers. Guarantee an effective integration between retail and e-commerce channels, in accordance with the new omnichannel service model.

In this role, you will: Envision, lead and coordinate retail projects related to omnichannel operations, working closely with e-com and digital teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation. Partner with IT and suppliers to develop new analytical and performance measurement tools to improve omnichannel reporting and KPIs
Develop and communicate SOPs for retail operations, including back of house organization, end of season management, omnichannel orders (wrapping and packaging instructions)
Together with e-com, set and oversee market place omnichannel flows and monitor results
Implement and oversee on-line to off-line services (i.e. on-line Book An Appointment, returns cross channels etc) Coordinate standard Operations audits at WW level for both off-line (excellence program) and on-line (e-com mystery shopping). Challenge local organization to set recovery actions if needed. Liaise with e-com and digital teams to envision, monitor and execute omnichannel initiatives and evolutions.

6-8 years of Retail Operations experience
University Degree
Fluent English, other languages a plus
Extensive knowledge of omnichannel flows and services (distribution models, technical tools, KPIs etc)
Time and project management abilities
Continuous improvement oriented and disruptive approach
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence local markets and improve execution
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Track record of establishing and implementing processes and strong execution
Availability to business travel
