WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Principal, you will be an expert in particular content areas, providing day-to-day leadership of complex client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial process.
You will ensure on-time delivery that meets or exceeds agreed-upon goals, leveraging Oliver Wyman best practices and your own expertise.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING At least 7-10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization) Natural problem-solving mindset Proven track record and excellent knowledge within the sector Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record Willingness to travel Fluency in English and Italian is required Initiative in seeking out opportunities to learn new skills Creativity in problem-solving Aptitude for analytical work Willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our talented team WHY WORK AT OLIVER WYMAN?
