JOB TITLE: Offshore Living Quarter Lead
DEPARTMENT: STARD
BUSINESS LINE: Asset Based Services (No Drilling)
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Business Line Energy Carriers Saipem is looking for a Offshore Living Quarter Lead conducting the following activities:
Lead the Offshore Building Engineering Team in performing its activities according to project needs and requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule, and quality standards;Ensure compliance with all project interfaces and supervise in/out information flow;Support project planning and scheduling of engineering and purchasing activities;Define the discipline list of activities and deliverables and time schedule;Approve subcontractor progress payments;Prepare and perform the Architectural/HVAC design review and define the architectural/HVAC materials quantities (MTO) and cost estimate;Support proposal department in technical clarification meetings with the client;Take any corrective action within the Specialist group necessary for this purpose or report to the Technical Manager the need for design changes that could entail contractual changes;In accordance with project procedures, check and/or approve all produced documents (internal or subcontracted) such as design reports, technical specifications, drawings, etc.;Support architectural superintendent and field engineer for modification definition;Take part in site inspections, testing, and quality controls if needed.QUALIFICATION: Engineering Bachelor Degree;
KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Minimum required level B1;
LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent Contract
IT SKILLS: Office suite, AutoCAD
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Minimum required 5 years
NICE TO HAVE: SAP
