**Your work-life opportunity**:
As Brand Specialist, you will be part of the Brand Partnerships team, which provides a suite of services designed to help Glovo's most strategic CPG brands.
Your priority will be to work backwards from the customer, identifying inputs to grow your brand and improve their performance.
You will do this while facilitating great business relationships and ensuring brands' satisfaction with the service.
This is a full time contract based in Milan.
**Be a part of a team where you will**:
- Implement Glovo Brand Marketing Services offline strategy in the local market with the support of the Brand Marketing Services team.- Own the relationship with defined brands and define joint business plans and assist in delivering impact for the brands you support.- Partner internally with key functions (Qcommerce, Innovation, Food) to contribute to the definition of priorities and operational goals according to the brands' needs.- Regularly audit metrics to continually analyze the progress and make sure targets are reached and new opportunities are identified across verticals & countries.- Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation to find new ways of communicating and give visibility to your brands
**You have**:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in management, business administration, engineering, marketing- Ideally 2 years of professional experience in FMCG or digital background- Planning, organization, prioritization and time-management skills- Ability to communicate efficiently both internally and externally- Analytical skills- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
**Nice-to-haves**:
- Experience on executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels- Knowledge of analytical tools like Looker
