Sales Line, headhunting & recruiting company, is selecting an Office Manager Assistant - Milan - part-time 24h - smartworking 80% who will support the Managing Director in managing his agenda, also providing support in administrative and back-office activities.

Support the Managing Director, Benedetto Caramanna , in the development of Sales Line.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Managing Director in planning all annual activities and ensure, through weekly meetings, that execution aligns with the action plan, intervening proactively with a problem-solving approach.
Coordinate internal and external communications: the Office Manager manages communications within the office, among employees, and with clients, suppliers, and other external stakeholders. This may include answering phone calls, managing emails, coordinating meetings, and planning events.
Manage documentation: responsible for managing and archiving company documentation, including contracts, legal documents, internal policies, and other relevant documents.
Handle the issuance of active invoices and their sending to clients, also managing the payment of passive invoices and supporting the accountant.
Manage office expenses and budget: responsible for managing office expenses, including purchases, supplies, services, as well as planning and monitoring the office budget.
Provide general administrative support to the organization, such as sending monthly accounting to the accountant and payslips to employees.
Perform commercial back-office activities, including processing commercial proposals and contracts for clients and updating the internal management system.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Education: diploma in economics/science
At least 4 years of experience as an Office Assistant, Back-Office, or Customer Care
High-level organizational skills, able to identify priorities, urgencies, and deadlines
Detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving skills
Empathetic and effective communicator
Good knowledge of English (at least B1)
Ability to maintain confidentiality
WORK LOCATION:
80% smart-working - part-time 24h - office in Milan once a week to meet the Managing Director.
EMPLOYMENT TERMS:
Employee contract + meal vouchers + bonuses
Part-time employee 24h with a permanent contract
