Job title: Office Manager Location: Greater Milan Metropolitan Area (On-site) TGRC is working with a leading renewable energy specialist who is looking for an Office Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities: Organising the office work cycle and ordering stationery and equipment.
Perform basic bookkeeping activities (invoice registering, etc.).
Overseeing general office and team operations.
Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and delivering service to our team, suppliers and stakeholders.
Coordinating appointments and meetings.
Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
Producing reports, and composing correspondence.
Provide basic HR support to the team.
All-around secretarial duties.
Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures.
Keeping records of office expenditures.
Meeting, conference, and event planning.
Experience: Mother tongue in Italian and fluent in English.
A detail-oriented, self-starter with prior experience in the industry or with a technology team.
A bachelor's degree is appreciated.
One to three years' prior experience in a similar role.
Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
