Joom currently includes the following businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; JoomPro, a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. We are currently looking for an office manager who will take care of the happiness of employees in our office in Shenzhen. It is important for us that our cozy office is the most comfortable place to work, and that all administrative processes are streamlined.
We are looking for a caring and attentive person who truly enjoys helping people and optimizing everything around them.
**Responsibilities**
- Engage in the life support of an office
- Solve administrative issues (communication with couriers, sending correspondence, cleaning control, purchasing food, office supplies, communicating with the landlord, etc.)
- Prepare employment contract draft in Chinese (signing documents with employees, collecting, filing)
- Keep records of primary documentation
- Meet new hires - office and colleagues introduction
- Collect documents for the payroll enrollment. (termination letter, social insurance number)
- Help Joom employees with their issues
- Participate in the organization of corporate parties, birthdays, and other events
- Provide travel support to employees
- Constantly generate new ideas that will help improve the office and the life of Joom employees in it
**Requirements**:
- More than 1-year experience as an office manager
- Fluent spoken English
- Experience in document management
- Willingness to come to the office at 9-10 am 5 days a week
**Will be a plus**
- Experience in organizing travel support for employees
- Knowledge of the document management principles
