**Duration: Part time permanent contract 25 to 30 hours per week**:
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
Mapp Digital is seeking an experienced Office & HR Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, office management and HR administration of our Milan office.
This role will be hands on and diverse in an international digital software company and whilst the core responsibilities are below, rolling your sleeves up to tackle anything and everything will drive success in this role.
- You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office.
- Manage all office facilities as well as being the health & safety representative of the office.
- Organise office operations, procedures and policies
- Manage and maintain budgets for projects
- Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Responds to employee questions related to benefits, compensation, leave administration, employee relations, company policies and other issues.
- Work closely with Payroll, Information Technology and Marketing, to provide local IT, payroll and marketing event support
- Managing HR administration tasks, maintaining confidential HR employee files and drafting letters and correspondence, administers and oversees complete onboarding and offboarding processes, employee relations and benefits administrations.
- Ensuring employment practies are aligned with labour laws and regulations and working closely with external labour consultant.
- Assiting Payroll department with local administration tasks and correspondence
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events as well as be a key contributor to the local team to encourage positive office morale.
**THE ASSETS YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**:
- Relevant degree or experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- 2+ years previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a software business
- Good understanding of Human Resources and payroll department practices and Italy labour laws and regulations.
- Can-do positive attitude, with friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent time management, organizational, planning and listening skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- A team player with elevated levels of personal integrity
- Driven and motivated with a strong work ethic
- Fluent English and Italian language is mandatory
