The role provides support across the organization, to individual Team members or to the entire CRO at all levels, effectively providing assistance to the Management and actively contributing to the smooth running of the Terni Office. The role requires great organizational and adaptability skills to support the implementation and maintenance of Company's Salesforce based management platform, facilitating company invoicing processes and supporting clinical trial operations.
Responsibilities
Logistics support performing a variety of duties to assist the CRO team in conducting the project tasks, while ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently;
Coordination of the internal storage of correspondence and documents;
Support for shipments: preparation of packaging for documents transmission to Ethics Committee and Competent Authorities for submissions or reply to their questions to obtain approval;
Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements;
Accounting and invoicing support;
Support for creation and maintenance of reports, charts, spreadsheets, documents and presentations;
Establishes, maintains and updates files and records;
Screens, organizes and prioritizes phone calls, visitors and incoming mail;
Coordinates office moves, new hire workspace;
Takes minutes and detailed notes during staff and customers meetings, shares in a timely manner;
Administers special projects as required;
May order supplies for the office.
Qualification
Education: Bachelor's degree , Master is a plus;
Experience in life science field;
Languages: Italian, proficiency in oral and written English (third language is a plus);
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Ms Power Point);
Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills;
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
