Job Description: You will manage the Projects of development of new Cooling products, from initiation until project closure, in order to deliver the offer to satisfy the business case in accordance with the committed goals: customer satisfaction & quality, time to market, product & project costs.
Your mission:
Lead, coordinate and challenge global, cross-functional teams between LOB and different GSC worldwide, and report project status to management; Initiate all project, design, cost, safety, and other reviews to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are met. Educate team on the Agile new product development process. Work independently with little or no supervision, create and own project plans (schedule, resources, costs) to meet expectations and to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and handle multiple projects simultaneously (up to three or more in various states of execution). Work with functional management to staff projects appropriately. Build trust and consensus for effective project collaboration, motivating the project team and synchronize it with other teams. Analyze, anticipate, quantify, and mitigate risk (technical, schedule, manufacturability, application, etc.) throughout all project execution, identify root cause and offer corrective measures; Report status of project activity to all stakeholders (e.g., management, support functions, customers, etc.). Communicate and manage changes in project scope to cross functional teams. Be responsible for project metrics for schedule, cost, quality, customer satisfaction. What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Background: studies in engineering/management engineering/economics. 2/3 years in project manager role. Mandatory good knowledge of English. Communication and teamwork skills. What's in it for you?
