This role is an individual contributor, reporting to the OFF Trade National Key Account Manager.
Meaningful Work from Day OneThe Off Trade Key Account Manager has a regional scope being the counterpart of important local customers. Your first key task is to run negotiations in alignment with the Off Trade commercial policy negotiating local agreements, promotional plans, assortment and excellent execution. This role requires strong leadership/management skills. The experience in the Spirits industry is a plus. In this role you will be reporting to the OFF Trade National Key Account Manager, and you will collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure perfect execution.
What You Can ExpectSales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance of the assigned customers. Execute commercial strategies including pricing/promotions initiatives in line with channel commercial objectives. Define promotional plans in line with National promotional strategy.Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers being the face of Brown-Forman in front of them.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.Performance Management: Customer management, regular performance reviews and collaboration with the OFF Trade National Key Account Manager to maximize results.Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the OFF Trade National Key Account Manager.Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company commercial policies and industry regulations.What You Bring to the TableMinimum of 3 years of sales experience in FMCG as a Key Account Manager in OFF Trade.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a similar role.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers.Prior experience in the spirits industry is a plus.What Makes You UniqueStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. An entrepreneurial approach is needed.Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM software (Salesforce).Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and team player with a passion for the spirits industry.High experience in management and business development in multinational companies with complex distribution channels.Experience in managing customers.Sufficient command of written and verbal English; Italian is a must.Who We AreWe believe great people build great brands.
