Location: Zola Predosa (BO) or Milan
Reporting To: Head of Off Site, Inventory Planning & Control
Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing: Business Analyst: Coordinating with Group's Controlling Team for all the requested financial planning activities (Budgets, outlooks, last estimates and so on)Updating and checking the periodic reports (Year to date and year to go, matching with the Targets)Supporting the Head of Offsite in all Strategic planningSupporting the B2C project manager in the financial business case of each Event (product mix, business case and DST)Managing the Offsite internal budget along with the Senior Operation and the Back office functions, adjusting it with the official targetsBusiness Reporting: Producing all the PPT presentations for the top management and for the Offsite TeamSupporting on the B2C presentationsThe type of person we are looking for: Previous 1-3 yrs experience in a similar roleStrong analytical and Excel skillsFluent in English, written and spokenStrong interpersonal skills and attitude to work in teamAvailability to Travel and to be involved in the commercial strategies and tactics as well as meeting with clientsProactive and active person always looking for doing more than expectedDedication and passion in her/his workIf you are passionate, committed and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, then please apply with a CV.
