Responsibilities: Consolidate weekly, monthly, and quarterly data on sales and team performance. Analyze collected data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues in the sales process. Share results and analysis through advanced data management tools, ensuring clear and timely communication with the sales team and other relevant departments. Develop and implement tools and processes to support sales activities, including automated reports, dashboards, and performance tracking systems. Create detailed data sheets for products and services offered, providing the sales team with the necessary information for an effective presentation to customers. Manage the company's organic catalogue on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, ensuring that products are correctly listed, described, and positioned to maximize sales opportunities. Report to Head of Sales Support and Sales Development - South Europe (based in Arese (MI), Italy). Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in sales data management and analysis, preferably in a sales support environment. Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Access for database management and complex query creation. Demonstrated ability to use data visualization tools such as Power BI to create interactive reports and intuitive dashboards. Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel and Power BI (must have), Microsoft Access and Python (nice to have). Specific tools and processes: Excel, Power BI, Ad Hoc Access program, Python for data analysis, Ipos, Salesforce, Bid Tool, Price Is Right, Vendor Central, Extra Partner PIM.
