For our Italian office located in Trescore Balneario (Bergamo), we are looking for an Ocean Freight Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Complete the full freight process from start to finish;

Excellent knowledge of Ocean Logistics, carrier and customer basket from our market;

Arrange customs procedures;

Cooperate with the shipping companies, truckers and customs brokers;

Maintain contact with customers and suppliers;

Document management;

Cargo coordination;

Prepare quotations.

Skills/Qualifications:

University Degree;

Experience and understanding of freight forwarding;

Understanding of customs procedures;

Knowledge of FCL shipments specifics;

Good knowledge of Italian and English.
