Bethanie, Western Australia's leading not for profit aged care and retirement living provider, has been warmly welcoming and caring for seniors for over 70 years. Bethanie provides services in the community and residential care homes. Bethanie provides therapy services to our customers in residential homes and in the community. Our residential therapy team consists of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists who work collaboratively with skilled Therapy Assistants to improve the quality of life of Bethanie's customers. The residential therapy team is supported by a full-time Therapy Services Manager.
We currently have a great opportunity for a qualified Occupational Therapist to work in partnership with residents at our aged care home in Como. If you share our passion for person-centred therapy services and promoting a positive ageing experience for older people, we would love to hear from you!
This role is offered on a permanent part-time basis, 24.5 hours a week.

About the role:
You will provide customer-centred assessments, interventions, and programs and work in a broad multidisciplinary team. Our focus is to improve the quality of life of Bethanie's residents.
While working as a Therapist for Bethanie, you will be well supported by Senior Therapists and regular professional development activities.
The Bethanie Therapy team consists of over 40 Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. New grads are always part of our team, and we would love to hear from you!

Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision, Values, and Signature Behaviours of Bethanie Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) Experience in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of therapeutic programs Commitment to person-centred care Demonstrated workload and time management skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting Proficient with common computer systems and software and a demonstrated ability to develop skills to work proficiently with clinical information systems and databases Current Police Clearance, or willingness to apply for one Willing to obtain required vaccinations – 3 x COVID vaccinations and annual flu vaccination To Apply:
