This leadership role offers the chance to guide a team in designing' deploying' and managing a robust observability stack across cloud environments' ensuring real-time monitoring' troubleshooting' and optimization of cloud infrastructure and IT workloads.Location: Lugano' Switzerland Rate: 120CHF/hour Length: 12months As the Tech Lead' you will bring both hands-on technical expertise and leadership skills to the table. You'll be responsible for driving the adoption of best practices in observability' overseeing the implementation of critical infrastructure tools like Terraform' and mentoring a talented team of engineers.Key Responsibilities: - Lead &, Mentor: Guide a team of observability engineers' fostering growth and aligning the team with the company's strategic vision. - Design &, Implement Observability Stack: Build and deploy logging' monitoring' alerting' and tracing systems tailored to cloud environments. - Cloud &, Infrastructure Management: Seamlessly integrate observability tools with cloud platforms' including Oracle OCI' AWS' Azure' and GCP' and leverage IaC tools like Terraform to automate infrastructure deployments. - Monitoring &, Optimization: Drive the development of monitoring standards' optimize system performance' and ensure high availability and efficiency of cloud workloads. - Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with DevOps' SRE' and application teams to create a unified observability strategy.
