EmailTrina Solar Limited (TSL) is the world´s leading comprehensive solutions provider for Solar Energy internationally, with a growing presence throughout Asia, Europe and Americas.Since its foundation in 1997 in China, the company has been increasing its competitiveness and efficiency through a fully vertical integration of its business structure, which allows it to remain as a recognized manufacturer of high-quality PV modules (for commercial, industrial and utility scale applications) and manage the development of diversified PV utility projects (including designing, implementing and operating, both for off-grid and on-grid applications).Main Responsibilities:Assist during commissioning and PAC processEnsure the company complies with all provisions of the O&M contractsMonitor, on a daily basis, any alarms from the sites and ensure an appropriate response from the O&M providersFollow up with the monitoring provider for the preparation of automated alarms and reportsInitiate and follow up on payments to suppliers and invoices to clientsPrepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.Perform performance analysis and optimizationPrepare and submit monthly production statements (as required) to the energy regulation agency and keep all reporting up to dateTrack revenue from energy sales; verify meter data and rate tariffs are correct, and that payments are received and properly accounted forAssist with the preparation of annual budgets and updates to project financial modelsRespond to queries about solar farms from auditors and/or internal staffConduct analysis and prepare various ad-hoc reports on the portfolioKeep documentation updated and properly storedPerform on-site inspections to evaluate the performance of the O&M provider (as requiredMain Requirements:Minimum of 4 years' experience working in PV (Knowledge of IT tools for plant design & energy performance simulations)Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and organizational skillsStrong aptitude to learn complex concepts (tax rules, energy policy, financial structures, corporate structures, business models, etc.)Ability to develop and implement report templates, analytical tools and other O&M specific toolsAbility to read and understand complex contracts about power plant management, operation and maintenance.Proficient at extracting and summarizing large amounts of data, analysing and presenting informationProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast paced environmentMust be able to work independently, and work across many different functions including engineering, procurement, finance, accounting & legal.#J-18808-Ljbffr
