For us, diversity is a real value, and we encourage connecting different perspectives with respect.Job Title:R0001155 O&M Junior Technician (Open)Job Description Summary:Nadara is looking for an O&M Junior Technician willing to join and support our team!Reporting to the O&M Lead Technician, the O&M Junior Technician will carry out O&M works on GE WTG in San Sostene (Italy).Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Preventive tasks following O&M manuals.Support Troubleshooting tasks.Support Retrofit.Support Uptower repairs.Support major component exchange.Ensure a smooth operation of our turbines and use of our systems within condition monitoring and remote control.Maintain an efficient service vehicle and well-stocked warehouse by ordering materials, tools, and spare parts when needed.Work to the highest safety and environmental standards whilst ensuring that service targets are met.Follow up HSE rules and procedures.Skills and KnowledgeKnowledge of Italian and technical English (written/spoken).Ability to make decisions regarding the completion of tasks and job methods and follow through with results of outcomes.Ability to multitask on a consistent basis.Ability to demonstrate a high degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity.Solid commitment to the concept of safety in general and safety in the work environment, with the ability to work at height.Ability and willingness to travel locally as required and work during weekends and bank holidays.Education, Qualifications and Software ProgrammesBackground in mechanical and hydraulic areas.Background in electrical areas.High-School Degree with experience in technical fields (maintenance, electrical engineering, mechanics...).
