The program is designed to help you fully develop yourself on a personal and professional level by understanding our end-to-end supply chain processes, including the interdependencies and interconnectedness between different areas.
You will gain industry-specific knowledge and leverage the experience of experts in our different locations and Opcos.Local hiring company - home location You will spend the first six months at your home location gaining on-the-job experience with a real-life job, learning about key supply chain processes, systems, respective goods and services and dataflows.
In parallel, you will also start to develop your personal network in a collaborative environment.Plant and Opco locationsAfter the first six months working from your home location, you will spend several months in some of our international plants and locations.
The focus here will be on gaining additional perspectives and learning about the day-to-day operational and strategic challenges.
At this point, you may identify potential improvements to help us along in our continuous drive for optimisation.YPP Academy WeeksEach rotation starts with a Skills Development Academy week focused on job-specific learning and personal development.
You will also meet your fellow global Young Professionals and benefit from a wide range of trainings and events.During all the phases of your traineeship, you will work as part of the Supply Chain team on a challenging position, global project, operational business tasks and attend several training courses.
