Ref : 31 We are looking for Clinical Charge Nurses for a private Hospital in Kuwait for positions in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGY), IVF, Labor & Delivery, and Operating Theaters (OT).
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing. At least 5 years of post-graduation experience. Middle East experience is preferred. Registered with the Ministry of Health (MOH). Experience in the specific department or unit you're applying for (e.g. Labor & Delivery, ICU, CCU, etc.). At least 2 years of experience in a senior or supervisory role such as charge nurse or nursing supervisor. Roles:
Clinical Charge Midwife / Nurse Labor & Delivery (L&D): Oversees nursing/midwifery staff in the Labor & Delivery unit ensuring safe and effective care during childbirth, managing complex cases and coordinating with obstetricians. Clinical Charge Nurse Coronary Care Unit (CCU): Supervises care in the CCU for patients with severe cardiac issues ensuring that nurses provide high-quality critical care for heart-related conditions. Clinical Charge Nurse Intensive Care Unit (ICU): Manages nursing staff in the ICU caring for critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and support, often with life-threatening conditions. Clinical Charge Nurse Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU): Responsible for overseeing nurses who provide specialized care for premature or critically ill newborns, coordinating with pediatricians and ensuring adherence to protocols. Clinical Charge Nurse Emergency Department (ED): Supervises emergency room nurses ensuring rapid and accurate triage, treatment, and management of acute and critical conditions. Clinical Charge Nurse Inpatient Department (IPD): Manages nursing staff providing care to hospitalized patients in various departments ensuring effective coordination, patient safety, and discharge planning.
