About the Hospital/Health System/Department: Progressive and growing 450+ bed trauma center and teaching hospital Position will manage a busy, growing 30+ bed ICU Stepdown Unit with a team of 65 FTE's including two Assistant Nurse Manager Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Director of Nursing Highlights/Benefits for the Nurse Manager, ICU Stepdown Nurse Manager, ICU Stepdown will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, mentoring and leading a team, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality, regulatory compliance, and building positive and collaborative relationships across all levels Outstanding full benefits package including choice of Medical/Dental/Vision plans, generous PTO program, short and long term disability, 403b match, tuition reimbursement, and much more!
