Npc Relations Coordinator Africa, Americas, Asia, Europe, And Oceania

We are looking for an NPC Relations Coordinator who has experience working in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment preferably in the multi-sport international events industry.
The resources we are looking will be involved in the following activities: Act as the main point of contact between the assigned National Paralympic Committees and the Organizing Committee's functional areas to ensure integrated planning and key information communication in a timely and reliable manner.
Guide the assigned clients in their pre-Games and Games-time operations and issues resolution by evaluating their needs and bringing them to the attention of the Organizing Committee's functional areas with the view of finding the best solutions.
Liaise with different functional FAs on specific projects (eg.
Service Level Agreements with different FAs, NOC and NPC Chefs de Mission Seminars, Rate Card Programme, Accreditation programme, Transport programme, etc.)
Organise NPC pre-Games operational visits and Welcome Days with post-meeting report production.
Create and manage operational documents such as complex lists, tables, trackers, among others.
Support the writing of policies, procedures, and other operational documents.
Prepare progress reports when necessary.
