To support our entity in Milan, Italy we are currently looking for a Head of Administration - Finance & Controlling (f/m/d) .
Ihre Aufgaben: Coordination of the Accounting team related to the departments responsibilities Driving financial controlling and management reporting Maintaining the financial records within the existing ERP system Processing of the daily accounting business and cash flow management Coordination of topics related to insurance policies, payroll and audit management Working closely and cooperatively with the Head Office Finance Team in Hamburg Contact for tax consultants, auditors, banks and insurance companies Ihr Profil: Degree in Economics & Business or equivalent education Several years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling and Administration Analytical mindset and strategic skills Confident handling of SAP Flexibility, talent for coordinating different areas of responsibility, self-confidence and solution-orientation Team player with good communication skills in Italian and English Unser Angebot: An exciting position in an internationally growing business.
