Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of executives, alongside the head of CRM and the business to achieve targets and KPIs.
Be the go-to person for 4 core markets within the business: Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.
Align with country managers, design team, casino team, and other stakeholders within the business to deliver high-quality performance.
Plan and execute all CRM campaigns alongside your team for your 4 markets, including brand-to-brand and product-to-product cross-sell efforts.
Drive the markets in achieving all of the growth tracks set by the business.
Provide regular performance updates using performance tools to higher management.
Be outspoken, highlight, and bring forward blockers and issues to ensure a smoother and seamless process within the business.
Job Requirements: Crude understanding of Sweden and/or Danish market regulations.
Must have at least 3 years of CRM experience in one or more of the Nordic markets.
Previous team management experience is preferable.
Must have an analytical mind, with the ability to provide reports and make data-driven CRM decisions.
Must have experience in casino CRM as a primary, with additional sportsbook CRM experience being preferable.
Have strong communication skills, able to manage in a high-pressure environment, and not afraid to challenge with ideas/thoughts.
A go-getter, with a hunger to achieve great things.
