Job Overview:We are seeking a responsible and proactive Night Manager to oversee the night-time operations of our Castello Hotel.
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment and ensuring guest satisfaction during night-time hours.
You will work with the front office team to ensure excellent service for our guests, continuously fine-tuning service and guest management skills, in compliance with our company philosophy, operating standards and procedures.
You will be in a harmonious work atmosphere with a focused approach on collaboration.Responsibilities and Duties:You will manage and coordinate all activities during night-time hours, including front desk operations, security, room service, housekeeping, and maintenance.You will address any guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction throughout the night.You will check the cash register of the various departments, correcting where necessary and reporting via email any discrepancies to the administrative department.
You will make sure that all cash registers are filled out correctly and credit cards processed consistently.You will take care of guests, check-in and check-out operations in compliance with department standards and procedures.You will produce complete nightly reports, including occupancy rates, revenue summaries, and incident reports.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork to be shared with management and administration departments.You will keep professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers, and colleagues.You will communicate effectively with daytime management and other departments to ensure continuity of operations and address any issues or concerns that arise during the night.You will conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.You will respond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fire alarms, or other safety concerns.
