Join Starhotels and become part of the Reception Team as Night Auditor (temporary contract) at our Hotel Terminus in the heart of Naples.
Since you'll be based at the Front Desk, you'll be an important reference point for guests during the night.
Your responsibilities include:
Being the friendly face that responds promptly to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance.Willingness to work during night hours, embracing the night charm.Performing nighttime check-in and check-out routines and ensuring flawless book closings.Efficiently managing guest messages and requests.Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.Ensuring lobby and Front Desk standards and safety compliance.Adhering to policies and procedures when working front of house equipment and property management systems.Exceeding expectations revealing a unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.Minimum qualifications include:
3+ years' experience in 4 or 5-star hotels as a Night Porter or Secretary Shift.Excellent communication skills.Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.Impeccable grooming standards.Versatility in handling various work scenarios.Enthusiasm when being assigned to both individual and team-oriented tasks.Mastery of the local area, enhancing guest experiences.Embrace global diversity by speaking: Italian – fluently, English – fluently, additional languages are a plus.Unlock a world of benefits including:
