What you'll get to do The ideal candidate will join our Marketing team and, reporting to the Trade & Marketing Niche Manager, will be responsible for the following activities: • Marketing Plans: balancing a consumer centric approach and the Brand long term Vision, recommends to Trade & Marketing Niche Manager the Brand Strategy and annual marketing plan, suggesting priorities for the construction of Trade/Marketing calendar.
Collect information inside the organization (sales team and retail team) and outside (consumer shopper research, NPD, Nielsen, Competitors Analysis) to support the decision process.
• Business planning: thanks to his/her a deep and complete knowledge of the P&L of the brand and its main business levers, support the Trade & Marketing Niche Manager to identify opportunities and risks in the development of the brand proposing eventual action plans.
• Pricing Management: Support HQ in pricing analysis and recommendations, Update price lists in the pricing portal after finalization between Trade & Marketing Niche Manager and Prepare price list for the company (printed and digital)• Business Intelligence: Analyses data for internal and external use.
Give support for specific analysis: launches, formats, prices, competition.
Provide comments • Budget: support the Trade & Marketing Niche Manager to the management implementation of the local budget for the Niche portfolio, being guided by a ROI mindset.
