POSITION: New Product Development Project Manager CELINE is a fast-growing French and Leather-Goods Couture House that belongs to LVMH group driven by a new holistic and creative project led by Hedi Slimane, its Artistic, Creative and Image Director.

Job responsibilitiesYOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT As NPD Project Manager, and part of the Planning Department, you will be responsible to supervise all the new lines process to ensure the availability of new products for the requested date. You'll directly report to Planning & NPD Manager.
This experience will enable you to collaborate with different departments (Quality, Purchasing, Production, Industrialization and Product Development).
You will have the opportunity to build up knowledge on business processes on luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging and international environment and on engaging projects.
ProfileYOUR IMPACT Follow all the steps of the entire cycle of new products across all company functions: from development stage to the first delivery of finished product in our logistic platform.Monitor weekly progress of each phase to guarantee the availability of new products for the requested date pushing the organization to respect the defined scheduling and highlighting possible problems and delays.Collaborate with all functions within the industrial organization and strongly interact with HQ functions Marketing, Merchandising and Supply Chain in Paris.KEYS FOR SUCCESS Education:
Master's degree in Engineering/Economic or equivalent experience in Supply Chain field.Experience:
Previous experience in planning and supply chain field.Position requires minimum 1-3 years of experience as Project Manager.Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.Detail oriented, highly organized, agile.Excellent organizational and interpersonal attitudes.Cooperative with good teamwork and solid communication skills.Overall view of the whole and at the same time to sink more operational themes.Advanced user of IT tools (Excel and management systems).Availability to travel to Celine headquarters in Paris is required.Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, additional languages are a plus.
