New Product Developer

On behalf of a client leader in the electrical engineering industry, we are currently looking for a New Product Developer.
The resource will support R&D through cross-functional team collaboration and will be responsible for creating and developing new products and improving existing products.
Responsability:
- Responsible for leading portions of the design process, completing assigned tasks, assisting other members of the team.
- Responsible for conducting market research, collaborating with marketing, technical and manufacturing specialists, and developing prototypes.
- Develop schedules, coordinate and manage low complexity projects of with littleto no supervision.
- Support manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development.
- Submit proposals and designs for evaluation by the project team and management before moving to the Importante Azienda stage
- Responsible for ensuring that project meets requirements of specifications and standards, while promoting error-proof assembly.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years progressive experience in Engineering design and/or development to includ

Current and Voltage Sensors, Power Systems (Protection, System Analysis, and System Fault Response)
