This role requires comprehensive expertise in procurement methodologies and great teamwork skillsAs a Buying/Procurement, you will be responsible for:Placing and following up on PO's.Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution, scheduling changes and updating ERP.Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in own field.Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.Contributing to project as a team member as well as leading small projects.Initiating work goals that generally takes 3-6 months for completion, with observable results/impact typically manifesting within 2-12 months afterward.Coordinating all the functions (engineering, manufacturing, planning) to the business needs.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor's with Sourcing and\or Manufacturing and\or Project Management experience.Have substantial experience in Buying-Procurement.Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.Be able to lead initiatives and have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Have effective problem identification and solution skills with proven analytical and organizational ability.Have the attitude to work with enthusiasm, passion and with the desire to change the ''status quo''Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
