As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to make exquisite culinary creations.
Your responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and execute innovative and top-quality dishes.
Assist in day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Monitor and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Mentoring, training and inspiring junior staff, fostering growth and creativity. Exceed expectations revealing:

2+ years' high-level hospitality experience.
Ability to contribute with innovative ideas to menu development
