As Reservation Manager you will be the main lead in creating a positive experience for our guests during the reservations activities, ensuring that all team members interactions with the guests are authentic and memorable.
Your responsibilities include: Coordinating the activity of the Reservations Department.
Motivating the reservations team in order to improve sales and quality of services.
Making sure the team is fully informed of all hotel's rates.
Working closely with the revenue team to implement pricing strategy of the property and manage day-to-day optimal room occupancy.
Ensuring a good relationship with the front office department.
Promoting and overseeing activities of up-selling and cross-selling.
Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
Ensuring policies and procedures compliance.
Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
Proven experience in the role.
Familiarity with Opera PMS.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
Impeccable grooming standards.
Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
