As a Maitre, you will welcome our guests and, with your strong passion and exceptional knowledge of food & drink, you will delight and surprise them, creating a marvellous experience at our restaurant.
Your responsibilities include:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.Coordinate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience.Develop and maintain regular clientele to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.Anticipate the requests and needs of our guests with intuitive service.Hold strong working knowledge of the local hospitality market.Create a warm atmosphere where guests come to enjoy their time.Pay attention and respond appropriately to dissatisfied guests to ensure their satisfaction.Champion health, safety & hygiene, setting gold standards (HACCP).A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.Experience in the role.A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaints.Versatility in handling various work scenarios.We welcome guests from all over the World, so it's important for you to speak:
